GSN “High Stakes Poker” Series Campaign
GSN approached Colourmovie to design and direct the 2011 series campaign for High Stakes Poker. After Colourmovie's successful 2010 brand refresh, GSN wanted to explore the High Stakes Poker brand on the network. High Stakes Poker attracts a different viewer than the normal GSN viewer, and GSN wanted to reflect that difference, while still relating to the overall brand refresh.

Colourmovie was brought on to design and develop the series campaign with the in-house GSN promo team, as well as direct the live-action in Las Vegas during the event. Using a combination of scripted on-camera moments with the players, macro live-action photography of poker play, 3D brand elements, and typography that nods to the GSN refresh, a spot and a modular toolkit was created for the network.

The result was a raw and gritty series campaign that reflected the personality of the High Stakes Poker viewers and players, while tying back to the GSN brand.
